Privileges Required to use the SAP HCI DS Connector
To use SAP HCI DS Connector, you need one of the following:
scheduler-administrator
orredwood-administrator
role.scheduler-user
orredwood-login
role in combination with the following system-wide, partition-wide or object-level privileges.
Built-in Roles
- The
scheduler-administrator
orredwood-administrator
built-in role provides full control over all HCI DS connectors.
Creating Modifying HCIDS Connectors
You need all of the following privilege ranks to be able to create and modify a connector:
- View - on partitions GLOBAL and HCIDS.
- View - on application HCIDS.Redwood_HCIDS.
- View - on the existing HCIDS process server and queue, if applicable.
- Create - on process server and queue if a new process server and queue are required.
- Either:
- Create - on credential in the HCIDS partition if a credential needs to be created.
- Edit - on credential in the HCIDS partition if a credential needs to be modified.
Using the HCIDS Connector
You need all of the following privilege ranks to be able to use a connector:
- View - on partitions GLOBAL and HCIDS.
- View - on application HCIDS.Redwood_HCIDS.
- View - on Redwood_SAP_HCIDS library.
- Submit - on process definitions HCIDS.HCIDS_ImportJobTemplate, HCIDS.HCIDS_ShowTasks, HCIDS.HCIDS_RunTask, and/or HCIDS.HCIDS_Template (depending on the functionality you want).
- JobAdministrator - on queue the queue of the HCIDS connector.
- View - on credential in the HCIDS partition.
Deleting HCIDS Connectors
- Delete - on credential in the HCIDS partition.
